What the research shows -- and what it means for your health

1
Mammography has a documented failure rate

In women with dense breasts -- roughly half of all women screened -- mammography misses up to 70% of cancers. The Cochrane Review of 600,000 women found no meaningful difference in overall survival between screened and unscreened groups.

2
Overdiagnosis is epidemic

For every woman helped by screening, 10 are diagnosed and treated for cancers that would never have threatened their lives. Up to 40% of breast cancer diagnoses are overdiagnosis -- and the system cannot currently tell the difference.

3
A better technology exists

QT Imaging uses sound waves -- not radiation -- to map breast tissue in true 3D. It distinguishes aggressive tumors from harmless ones, cuts unnecessary biopsies by more than half, and works where mammography fails most.

4
Nutrition is your first line of defense

Women eating the most cruciferous vegetables showed a 62% reduction in mortality risk. Daily mushrooms with green tea were linked to nearly 90% lower breast cancer risk. The Nutritarian diet- style is built around every food group with documented anti-cancer evidence.
